The Nordic Metabolomics Society proudly hosted the 4th Nordic Metabolomics Conference in Turku, Finland, 26–28 August 2024. Held at the University of Turku’s Biocity venue, the meeting gathered researchers from across the Nordics and beyond to celebrate the strength and depth of metabolomics in our community.
The scientific programme featured seven invited keynote speakers alongside talks and posters selected from submitted abstracts, covering advances in methods, data analysis, and applications in health, nutrition, and disease. A lively Early Career Researchers’ event preceded the conference, fostering connections among the next generation of metabolomics scientists.
We thank all participants, speakers, and partners for making this year’s conference a success, and we look forward to continuing to grow the Nordic metabolomics community together.
